Water Treatment Plants May Not Be Suitable for Disposing of Fracking Wastewater

New studies suggest that these waste water plants are not actually able to remove the high level of contaminants found in this water. Water leaving the facilities and flowing into the environment still has higher levels than normal of these pollutants.Currently, there are few plants that have the capabilities to treat Fracking waste water.

When this water is disposed of at plants that have insufficient treatment results, the water with these pollutants is then released into streams, rivers, and lakes. Exactly like the case in Salford where 1000's of gallons of contaminated water was dumped into the Manchester ship canal!
