Officially, it sounds like a really good idea : burn our food and biomass waste, to create low carbon level energy for 37,000 homes. In fact , the reality is that the plant will emit dangerous pollutants including arsenic, dioxins and nitrogen dioxide, at a distance of just 500 metres from the nearest houses. In Febuary 2014, a High Court judge has ruled a biomass incinerator can be built in Greater Manchester despite opposition from the local council and residents.

This is surprising , given that the ambient air in Manchester is already breaching EEC legal limits. Please sign this petition and stop the biomass incinerator in Manchester!

Report shows the UK is to run out of oil, gas and coal in five years

New research from the Global Sustainability Institute has found that Britain, France and many other European countries have low reserves of fossil fuels, and their home grown energy could be entirely reliant on imports in several years.

The study found that the UK has just 5.2 years of oil, 4.5 years of coal and three years of gas before it completely runs out of fossil fuels, said the researchers at the Institute based at Anglia Ruskin University, in the East of England. France is also in poor shape with less than a year’s worth of fossil fuels in reserve, and Italy has a single year of oil left and less than a year of gas and coal, but France unlike its southern neighbor generates almost 80 percent of its electricity from nuclear power. 

In contrast Russia, with its huge landmass, has more than 50 years of oil, 100 years of gas and more than 500 years of coal. Norway also has extensive reserves of oil and gas under the North Sea - We can all see why the US is particularly keen to get to Russias borders. 

Ministers have said that they hope to produce enough shale gas through fracking and that new reserves in the North Sea will prolong production there and plug the deficit. However, fracking is facing significant opposition within the country from locals and politicians and the North Sea would be out of bounds to the rest of the UK should Scotland decide to vote for independence in the referendum scheduled for this September.

Shale gas and politics: Are Western energy giants’ interests behind Ukraine violence?

Economic 'Political' interests, such as untapped shale gas resources, already sliced and diced by Western energy giants, are behind the Kiev government’s ‘anti-terrorist’ operation against the pro-federalist regions. Eastern Ukraine is not only of people who don’t want to be under the Kiev coup-installed government’s control, but there are also natural energy resources in the region, such as coal and more specifically, shale natural gas, untapped deposits of which lie underground in the Dnieper-Donets basin.  

The cities Kiev is now striving to force into submission by making them war zones are situated in the area of shale gas deposits, US energy giant Chevron signed a similar deal for $10 billion last year, but it is focusing on developing shale gas reserves in the West of Ukraine. 

And it’s not just energy giants that have a stake in Ukraine’s reserves.

The recent appointment of the US Vice President’s son, Hunter Biden, to the board of directors of Ukraine’s largest private gas producer, Burisma Holdings, has put the Ukrainian shale gas development deal into a new perspective. Biden jr. is not the only American with political ties to  the company's board. Devon Archer, a former senior advisor to current Secretary of State John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign and a college roommate of Kerry's stepson, signed up with Burisma in April.

EPA may force disclosure of fracking chemicals after public backlash

The Environmental Protection Agency took its first step towards demanding companies disclose the chemicals they use in hydraulic fracturing in oil and gas production, which could be a launching pad for regulating the fracking industry as a whole.

The prerule is in response to a citizen petition by Earthjustice, a legal non-profit focusing on the environment, under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). 

Earthjustice, along with 114 other groups, petitioned the EPA in August 2011 to require “toxicity testing of chemicals and mixtures used in oil and gas exploration and production; reporting to EPA, among other things, the identity of those chemicals and mixtures; and submitting to EPA health and safety studies on the chemicals and mixtures,” the EPA said in its ANPR.

FBI Quietly Opens Secret Files That Attest Hitler Went to Argentinia Rather Than Commit Suicide...

Newly declassified FBI documents that can be viewed on the FBI's website prove that the government knew Hitler was alive and well, and living in the Andes Mountains long after World War II. On April 30 1945, Adolf Hitler committed suicide in his underground bunker. His body was later discovered and identified by the Soviets before being rushed back to Russia. Is it really possible that the Soviets have been lying all this time, and that history has purposely been rewritten?

Recently released FBI documents are beginning to show that not only was Hitler and Eva Braun’s suicide faked, the infamous pair might have had help from the Swiss Director of the United States OSS himself, Allen Dulles. In one FBI document from Los Angles, it is revealed that the agency was well aware of a mysterious submarine making its way up the Argentinian coast dropping off high level Nazi officials. What is even more astonishing is the fact that the FBI knew he was in fact living in the foothills of the Andes.

With the Soviet occupation of Germany, Hitler’s supposed remains were quickly hidden and sent off to Russia, never to be seen again. That is until 2009, when an archeologist from Connecticut State, Nicholas Bellatoni was allowed to perform DNA testing on one of the skull fragments recovered (Which can be watched here).

What he discovered set off a reaction through the intelligence and scholarly communities. Not only did the DNA not match any recorded samples thought to be Hitler’s, they did not match Eva Braun’s familiar DNA either. So the question is, what did the Soviets discover in the bunker, and where is Hitler? Even former general and President Dwight D. Eisenhower wrote to Washington. It was not only General Eisenhower who was concerned over Hitler’s compete disappearance, Stalin also expressed his concerns. In 1945, the Stars and Stripes newspaper quoted then General Eisenhower as believing that the real possibility existed of Hitler living safely and comfortably in Argentina.

Fracking company IGas to buy Dart Energy - the UK's largest licence, over a million acres!

IGas and Dart have both been hounded by community resistance over the last 6 months, IGas faced over three months of constant delays and closures at their Barton Moss site, Greater Manchester and was only capable of completing work due to £1.6+ million of policing.

Dart especially has been on the back foot, having been driven out of Australia, denied planning for their flagship Scottish operation and now face a permanent resident encampment in Upton, Chester. The only land in England on which they have full-permission to drill, So despite them trying to claim they are not interested in Fracking chester, It's only a matter of time before they try.

Tech companies will alert users when gov. requests their data

Some major tech companies are now implementing a policy alerting users when the government requests access to their data. Companies such as Google, Facebook and Microsoft came under fire after last year's revelations regarding the National Security Agency and the extent of the government's access to users' personal data.       

EPA advances approval of powerful weed killer ‘Agent Orange’ GMO crops!

The US Environmental Protection Agency has revealed a proposal for mass use of Dow Chemical’s herbicide 2,4-D on the company’s genetically-engineered corn and soybeans. The GE crops were developed to withstand several herbicides, including 2,4-D. For anyone who doesn't yet understand why the Government and corporations want to use 'GMO' foods, It's simple really. They want to grow GMO crops that can survive once sprayed with their chemicals, So organic natural foods fail and we have no choice but to eat the poisoned food.

 
The 2,4-D chemical, combined with glyphosate, makes up the herbicide Enlist Duo. 2,4-D also makes up half of the toxic mix in the now infamous 'Agent Orange,' used by the United States during the Vietnam War, which is thought to have resulted in the deaths of 400,000 people and birth defects in 500,000 others!  

“With this decision it is clear that the EPA is serving the interests of Dow Chemical and the biotech industry rather than protecting our health and the environment,” said Andrew Kimbrell, executive director of the Center for Food Safety. They are waging chemical warfare on its own people and should be held fully responsable when there is increased rates of cancer, Parkinson’s disease, endocrine disruption, and low sperm counts, among other conditions.

BP pipeline sprays ‘oily mist’ over 33 acres of Alaskan tundra!

Although hard to belive that BP can still perform work for the federal government after the deepwater Horizon 4 years ago, They are already causing destruction in Alaska! Alaska state officials confirmed Wednesday that an oily mist sprung from a compromised oil pipeline and sprayed into the wind without stopping for at least two hours, covering 33 acres of the frozen snow field in the oil well's vicinity.

The company was at fault in at least two oil spills in the same region since 2006. That year, an estimated 267,000 gallons of oil seeped through a quarter-inch sized hole in a corroded BP pipeline. That accident went unnoticed for five days, until an oil worker smelled the aroma of crude when driving through the area.

Fighting income inequality: Obama-Biden vacation tab reaches $40 million!

In a statement released by Judicial Watch, the group stated it had gotten its hands on documentation from the US Air Force, via Freedom of Information Act requests, that reveals the cost of flying Obama and Biden alone routinely exceeds hundreds of thousands of dollars per hour in the air. According to the Washington Examiner, the president’s two golf outings this year cost roughly $2.9 million in taxpayer funds! 

Judicial Watch estimates that since 2009, American taxpayers have spent about $40 million flying Obama and Biden to various destinations – not just golf outings in Palm Springs, California, but also for vacations to Hawaii and trips to Africa.

Additionally, the group stated that even more money is spent on accommodation, vehicle transportation, Secret Service protection, and other things. The president of Judicial Watch says the amount of spending amounts to "abuse."

BBC Under Fire For Spending £11m A Year On TV Licence Fee Letters!

The BBC has come under fire for spending over £11 million of taxpayers' money a year on printing and sending TV licence letters to households. The corporation revealed that it had sent around 55 million letters to unlicensed properties each year, equivalent to more than two letters a year for each household in Britain, in response to a Freedom of Information request by the Huffington Post UK. 

The BBC receives most of its income, at around £3.7 billion!, from people paying the £145.50 annual TV licence fee in order to watch telievision live. The corporation said it sent reminders to unlicensed properties and sent paper copies of TV Licences as part of its "statutory duty" to ensure households have properly licensed televisions.

Psychiatrists now say non-conformity is a mental illness: only the sheeple are ‘sane’!

Modern psychiatry has become a hotbed of corruption, particularly the kind that seeks to demonize and declare mentally ill anyone who deviates from what is regarded as the norm. This is abundantly evident in the latest installment of the industry’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, or DSM, which dubs people who do not conform to what those in charge declare to be normal as mentally insane. Basically, Anyone who doesn't agree and follow the governments orders is now ''Mentally insane''.

The so-called “condition” for why a person might choose to resist conformity has been labeled by the psychiatric profession as “oppositional defiant disorder,” or ODD. The new DSM defines this made-up disease as an “ongoing pattern of disobedient, hostile and defiant behavior,” and also lumps it in alongside attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, another made-up condition whose creator, Dr. Leon Eisenberg, admitted it to be phony on his death bed.

NYC judge obliges internet providers to disclose foreign emails to US govt!

New York Magistrate Judge James Francis has ordered Microsoft to turn over their customers’ emails and other digital content to law enforcement agencies, even in case the data is being stored on servers physically overseas. The initial search warrant was issued last December in regards of one of Microsoft’s clients who stored his data on a server run in Dublin, Ireland. An undisclosed US agency sought information that could be found in the person’s email, such as the customer's name, credit card numbers or bank account used for payment.Once Microsoft found out that target’s account was hosted on an Irish server, it refused to comply, pointing out that the US search warrants could not be extended overseas.

But Judge Francis disagreed with the notion, claiming that unlike a “traditional” search warrant, a warrant seeking digital content is regulated differently, in accordance with the Stored Communications Act federal law. So yet again, The American government is trying to extend its tentacles and infringe the rights of ordinary people across the world.

US Navy to deploy combat dolphins during military drills in Black Sea!

The American combat dolphins and sea lions will perform a lengthy plane flight in order to participate in the NATO war games in the Black Sea, Tom LaPuzza, spokesman for the US Navy's marine mammals program, reportedly said. 20 dolphins and ten sea lions will take part in the drill, which will last from one to two weeks.

The war games are one of eight joint NATO-Ukrainian military exercises scheduled to take place this year.  During their stay, the US dolphins are going to test a new anti-radar system, designed to disorientate enemy sonars, while sea lions and dolphins are looking for mines divers, LaPuzza said.

According to the spokesman, the exercises will be held within the framework of the marine mammals training program, which includes protection of ships and harbors as well as mine detection by animals. The new armor for dolphins, developed at the specialized research center in the University of Hawaii, will also be put test in the Black Sea, he added. The marine mammals are going to be transferred from their base in San Diego, California to the Black Sea by plane, equipped with special bath, the spokesman told the paper.
